SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy 

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible.

Every item is made to order by hand. Your order will be ship within 5-12 business days from your order date.

Domestic Standard Ground Shipping: 

Orders shipping within the USA typically have a processing time of 5-12 business days. Standard Ground shipments are usually received within 10-17 business days** from the time an order has been placed.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will usually arrive within 2-4 weeks.**

International Shipments: 

International shipments will need to be arranged by emailing sales@tylerbarrydesign.com. Orders shipping internationally typically have a processing time of 15-20 business days. Shipments are usually received within 20-30 business days** from the time an order has been placed.

Note: EU customers may have to pay VAT charges upon/prior to delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Tyler Barry Design purchase as much as we do! If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase for another item of equal value excluding delivery and return shipping charges***, if your exchange item is received by our team within 20 days of delivery.****

Exchange guidelines:

  1. Products must be unused and in perfect condition.

  2. If an item arrives damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it.

  3. Claim must be made within 30 days of delivery date.

  4. Exchanges received by Tyler Barry Design without an RMA number cannot be processed and no exchange can be given.

Exchange Process:
Products purchased directly from tylerbarrydesign.com can be exchanged if the products are received by our team within 30 days of delivery,**** in perfect condition and in the original, unopened packaging. Please follow the process below to start your return:

  1. Fill out this form and e-mail it to sales@tylerbarrydesign.com RMA FORM DOWNLOAD

  2. Once received a representative will contact you within 5 business days with a RMA number and detailed instructions.

  3. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any package received without an RMA number cannot be processed.

  4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package (if possible) and include original packing slip and copy of claim. All packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

After the package has been received and inspected by Tyler Barry Design, the refund or exchange will typically be processed within 14 days.

Items purchased at an authorized Tyler Barry Design retailer should be handled directly with the retailer it was originally purchased from.

***Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in all original, intact, and unopened packaging. We will only cover or refund original shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective (Cracks, chipped edges, or broken parts). As Tyler Barry Design glassware is handblown, small bubbles or optical variation are a natural part of the handblown process are are not considered defects.
